Well where do I begin? With the new year started it also means travel has started for Dive Rescue Intl! My first trip was to Leominster MA for a Ice Diving Operations class. The people were fantastic and the class went great!. With travel, firehouse and the business to compete with my training has slowed. I should have my business sold soon so it will free up more time. Thanks again for all the support and I will do my best to keep everyone informed about whats happening.
God Bless

It was really cold today! It didn't help that I started my run late, It got dark and I had to use my headlamp to see but was still able to get 7.67 miles in. I am on the backside of a 48 hour shift at the firehouse and I am looking forward to getting home. Mark Phillips with the online Public Safety Diver magazine is going to put our story in his next issue. It is really appreciated and should give us some good exposure. There have also been some new donations! Thank you everyone for all the support, things are getting exciting.

It was an incredible day today, the temp was 68 degrees which is unheard of this time of year! I am currently on a winter maintenance program that is run focused. I still do all three disciplines but with emphasis on the run. This program does two things, helps keep me in shape and keeps me from getting burned out on doing ultra long training days throughout the year. The official start date for the Ironman training program is May 3rd.
Today the workout was:
7 mile run
1 mile swim
weight room back and legs
